Round 5 consists of the Kettlebell Snatch followed by the Nabard Shield Low to High Diagonal Lift. The Kettlebell Snatch is great for grip, shoulder flexibility, hip drive and explosiveness, glute strength, core stability. The Nabard Shield Diagonal uses a PNF Pattern for the entire body, focusing on foot positioning, lunging, core and shoulder stabilization, rotational trunk stability, grip and shoulder flexibility, as well as "grooves" proper body mechanics for lifting from the floor to the chest to the overhead position.
